To provide documented true-random selection, we use a non-biased randomized computer-generated selection process to determine which employees will be tested. This process is designed to meet all federal requirements for DOT-regulated employees. Non-regulated employers may choose a customized random selection that reflects their specific desired testing percentages.
TMHC Services, Inc. will maintain regulated and non-regulated employees in separate testing consortiums/pools to ensure that all federal and state requirements are met. However, we can offer non-regulated employers with additional testing options including monthly testing or create an employer specific consortium/pool.
Confidentiality is the cornerstone of an effective drug and alcohol testing program. As such, we work diligently to maintain confidentiality at every step of the testing process. Absolutely no situation will be tolerated in which confidentiality could be threatened, breached or compromised at any time.
