Employees
Our one hour training module teaches your employees about your organization’s drug-free workplace program. Employees will receive general awareness education covering the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse. The training session is a combination of videos and key points designed to provide the most comprehensive coverage of the material. Supervisors
Our two hour training module walks your supervisors through the general requirements for reasonable suspicion referrals, alcohol abuse, prohibited drugs, and the reasonable suspicion interview. Your supervisors will learn how to identify the signs and symptoms of substance abuse in their employees. They will also be able to see a full review of helpful forms and checklists for determining when to use reasonable cause testing. At the end of the module your supervisors will receive a printed certificate indicating that they have met all the requirements for DOT Regulated programs. Log In Here
Designated Employer Representatives
Our one and a half hour training module provides your Designated Employer Representative (DER) a complete review of your organization’s drug and alcohol testing program manual. Items covered include policy development, program maintenance requirements and general program oversight.
Specimen Collector Training
TMHC Services, Inc. understands that specimen collection requirements can change from industry to industry. To meet this challenge, we have developed a variety of Collector training programs designed to meet the most common industry needs. As with all of our other training services, collector training is performed by a professional trainer.
