- Intervention, Assessment & Treatment Services: As part of our Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) we provide your employees and their immediate family members a 24/7/365 toll-free 800 number which links them to our highly qualified professional counselors. The phone number is always answered by a person and there are no restrictions on how much someone can use it. Face-to-face visits with licensed mental health professionals can also be scheduled as needed.

Supervisors will learn how to identify and handle a troubled employee, and Designated Employer Representatives (DERs) will learn the full program including both employee and supervisor specific information.
- Confidentiality and Reporting: TMHC Services, Inc. places a high value on confidentiality and effective reporting. Confidentiality is the key component of a successful EAP. Your employees will be more likely to reach out if they trust that their personal issues will be kept in strict confidence. As part of the EAP services, employees will only have their treatment information shared if they have personally opted to do so.
Confidentiality is a cornerstone of effective treatment, as both patient and counselor need the freedom to pursue appropriate treatment without fear. TMHC Services, Inc. will work with you and your organization to ensure that employees can be successful in their treatment while also keeping the organization informed of their ability to work as appropriate.
Employers will receive quarterly statistical reports showing use of the program (i.e. number of calls, number of visits, types of calls). These reports to our employers reflect only statistics of the results of services. The only exception to this rule is when the proper written release of information form has been signed by the employee.
