TMHC Services, Inc. programs are compliant with federally mandated requirements from the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) on establishing and maintaining an ongoing drug and alcohol testing program.
We provide successful programs to DOT regulated industries including:
- Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration (FMCSA)
- Federal Transit Administration (FTA)
- Pipeline & Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA)
- Other Entities Covered by 49 CFR Part 40
Our programs include drug & alcohol testing for random, pre-employment, post accident, reasonable cause, return-to-duty and/or follow-up purposes.
Federally Certified SAMHSA Laboratory Analysis & Screening
All drug specimens are tested by a SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) certified laboratory for all required drugs (standard 5-panel drug test: marijuana (THC), cocaine, opiates, phencyclidine, and amphetamines).
Alcohol tests are conducted utilizing Evidential Breath Testing (EBT) devices, which are on the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s conforming products list. Each alcohol test is conducted by a certified Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT).
