Our Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing either by email, fax or US Mail. TMHC Services, Inc., Agreement may be cancelled/terminated by either party by providing sixty (60) days written notice to the other party.
No verbal notifications of cancellation/termination will be accepted.
This Agreement may be terminated/cancelled by TMHC Services, Inc. if Company is a DOT (Department of Transportation) regulated Company and Company does not comply with DOT regulations relating to drug and alcohol testing requirements.
