DRUG & ALCOHOL TESTING PROGRAMS
Since 1991, TMHC
Services, Inc. has been providing turn-key cost-effective Drug and
Alcohol Testing Programs including DOT Compliant (DOT-regulated), Drug-Free Workplace, and Student Testing Programs. We
have the knowledge and expertise to design a complete single solution
program, with full administrative support, which is tailor-made to our
client’s requirements.
We work very closely and diligently with each of our clients to assure
total program success. We have a diverse client base of over 1,100
companies located throughout Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Missouri, and
Nebraska covering virtually every major industry.
TMHC Services provides drug and breath
alcohol testing services to the federally mandated industries which
are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to establish and
maintain an ongoing drug and alcohol testing program. Some of the
industries covered include the aviation industry (FAA),
intra/interstate highway transportation (FHWA/FTA/FMSCA), the oil
and gas industry (PHMSA), and those other entities, which are
covered by the various parts of 49 CFR Part 40.
To provide compliance with "non-DOT”
(or non-regulated) drug and alcohol testing, we provide Drug-Free
Workplace Program options for our clients. We assist clients in
developing, maintaining and continuing a drug and alcohol testing
awareness program for their employees.
All
aspects of our drug and alcohol testing programs meet all federal and
state requirements and include testing for pre-employment, reasonable
cause, random, post-accident, return-to-duty, and/or follow-up basis.
